AWG (American Wiring Gauge)
It is also called BS (Brown & Sharp Wire gauge), and it is assigned so that the area between 5 [mil] in diameter and 460 [mil] in diameter of a solid wire conductor is 36 AWG and 4/0 AWG, respectively, in geometrical progression.
