Q.I have four drivers connected to a NETC02-CC and using 16-word arrangement with the command fixation method. The position data settings could be configured for address number 0 and 1, but not address number 2 and 3. What are the possible causes?
Check the extended cyclic settings. If the initial value remains at "2×," you will need to change it to "4×" or "8×."
When the extended cyclic setting is set to "2×" for 4 connected units, the number of remote register words required for data setting is insufficient, and therefore the settings for the units with address number 2 and the subsequent number cannot be made.
The relationship between the extended cyclic setting, the number of remote register words, and the number of connected units is shown below.
