Cover Panel Set for Enclosure
This is a set of panels, finger guards and filters, and screws that are ideal for ventilation and cooling of control cabinets. Please use it by assembling with Oriental Motor’s axial flow fan (sold separately).

Key Features
If dust or water droplets enter the control cabinet, the internal devices may malfunction, which can affect the entire equipment system.
Combining a cover panel set for enclosure with an axial flow fan prevents the infiltration of dust and water droplets, thereby extending the service life and improving reliability of the equipment inside the control cabinet.
Panels Can be Retrofitted or Switched
If a panel is needed after the fan is purchased, it can be retrofitted to suit the operating environment。
* If there is a change in the operating environment, it is possible to replace just the panel. The position of the mounting holes varies depending on the type of panel.
Can be Used on Either the Intake Side or the Exhaust Side
Because the fan is assembled by the customer, the intake/exhaust can be changed freely. (excluding IP54 rating)

Easy Installation Onto Control Panel
Wind Pressure Shutter on Ventilation Panel (For exhaust only)
For exhaust, a wind pressure shutter is used to improve system impedance.
In addition, the panel for exhaust eliminates filters. This reduces maintenance time and costs.
When the fan is not running, the air pressure shutter is closed, so there is no risk of dust entering.
The shutters open due to fan air pressure. This mechanism allows more effective ventilation than blowing air through a filter mat.
Body Structure
Filters are only required for intake, thus reducing maintenance time and cost.
Characteristics When Each Panel is Installed (For reference)
Depending on the type of panel attached to the fan, the air flow - static pressure characteristics will vary.
Please refer to the figure below for characteristics for each panel.
