Company Name Change Anouncement
Company Name Change Notification:
Dear customer, as of July 1 2014, we will change our company name from Singapore Oriental Motor Pte Ltd to Oriental Motor Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.
Dear customer, as of July 1 2014, we will change our company name from Singapore Oriental Motor Pte Ltd to Oriental Motor Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.
This change will be effective from 1 July 2014("Effective Date")
accordingly, kindly take note from the Effective Date:
1. Sales and Purchase Orders will be issued to Suppliers as Oriental Motor Asia Pacific Pte.Ltd.
2. All Sales and Purchase Orders addressed to or received by Singapore Oriental Motor Pte Ltd before the Effective Date and shipped on or after the Effective Date will remain valid even though Shipper and billing party in the documentation will depict Oriental Motor Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd..
3. All shipments will depict Shipper as Oriental Motor Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.
4. The name of the beneficiary in all your letters of Credit after the Effective Date shall be amended to Oriental Motor Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.
5. All payment and settlement will be made in the name of Oriental Motor Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.
6. All invoice and receipts issued will be in the name of Oriental Motor Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.
