Uni-directional conveyor belt
|
Conveyor belt applications that requires uni-directional operation, we provides a wide range of options. For fixed or constant speed applications, AC motors & gearmotors are well suited for use. For applications where speed control, higher speeds or maximum torque in a small area may be needed, the AC & brushless DC motor speed control systems can be used. For applications where the motor is operated continuously in one direction, induction motors is well suited.

Bi-directional conveyor belt
|
Conveyor belt applications that requires bi-directional operation , we provides a wide range of options. For fixed or constant speed applications, AC reversible motors & gearmotors have a 30 minute rating to permit instantaneous switching of the rotational direction. A friction brake is equipped at the back of the motor, which makes reversible motors the most ideal choice for applications where the rotational direction changes.

Dispenser
|
For precision applications, such as dispenser, our stepper or servo motor packages are most suited for use. Position control motors are compact, have a wide speed range with high torque and provide superior control.

Belt and Pulley
|
For high precision applications, such as a belt & pulley system, where high response and quick positioning after load changes are needed without adjusting any gains or required tuning of the motor,

Rotary Arms
|
For arm operations, where the inertia load is large or the acceleration/deceleration time is short, a geared stepping motor or geared servo motor is suggested. A geared stepping motor or servo motor can increase damping more effectively and ensure more stable operation compared to a standard motor.
We also provide hollow rotary actuators featuring a stepper motor and gear-reduction mechanism combined with a hollow output table to make installation and operation of an index table hassle-free.
