Compact Design
Combination of hollow shaft rotor and ballscrew helps to minimize the number of parts in linear conversion results in high reliability.
Drive Method
[ Ground Ball Screw ]
Ideal for applications where high positioning accuracy and low vibration are required, such as optical devices and semiconductor systems that use fine-feed pitches.
[ Rolled Ball Screw ]
Ideal for general positioning where reliability and ease of use are given priority.
Adopting technology
Closed loop stepping motor adopts technology. A rotor position detection sensor constantly monitors the motor movement. If synchronism is about to be lost, closed loop control is used, so there is no need to worry about loss of steps.
High Rigidity Guide (only for guide type)
Employs high rigidity guide with maximized actuator width. Allows direct installation of load at the joint accordingly to high transportable mass and moment load. Work installation joint is provided. Standard configuration without guides are also available.
DRS Series helps to reduce design and assembly man-hoursas compared to your self-built actuator.
Installation Method
Install the mounting plate (sold separately) to the actuator by tightening the supplied screws (four pieces) into the mounting holes.
