Oriental Motor, founded in 1885 and established in 1950, we developed Japan's first standard compact motor. Due to the constant renewal of our commitment to innovation, we currently manufacture over 5000 product types ranging from AC standard motors, Speed control motors, DC brushless motors, Stepping Motor, AC servo motors, Controllers, Linear & Rotary actuators and Fan Motors products.
With 3 R&D centres and 8 manufacturing plants spread throughout Japan, we strive to provide you with the latest technologies and constant delivery of our products at all times.
Singapore Oriental Motor Pte Ltd (SOM), established in 1982, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Oriental Motor Co., Ltd. in Japan. Our establishment was aimed to meet local and regional demands as well as an assurance to our customers that an Oriental Motor office is always nearby in any part of the world.
Being the headquarters for the South East Asia countries, we hope to provide our customers with prompt support as well as services that differentiate us from our competitors.
